We are required to design a logo for Sundance Film Festival 2024 using a typography forward logo used as a way to inform typography and styling for all of the assets in this project. No sunrays, mountains, dance, or film themes. besides, we also have to create poster, ticket, badge, program book and digital banner ads according to the logo selected.

During the research, I was looking for the symbol and thing that is significant to the Utah Community. I found a web page that describes Utah state facts and symbol. There are lots of concepts from this information. My three options concept was Topaz, Sego Lily and also Honey Bee. My favorite option was the gems as a symbol of new filmmakers that will shine through this festival film award. I created a yellow topaz with gold typefaces to show this prestige festival. For the poster, badge, ticket and add I added a black gold dust background to make them more elegant and prestige.
